Whether you're a new vendor or an experienced exhibitor, our wedding shows and expos presents a fantastic opportunity for you. Drawing excited attendees from across the region, this event caters to both newly engaged couples and those well into their wedding planning journey, actively seeking vendors in specific categories.

Promotional Codes for Free Tickets

Our goal at all shows is to provide qualified leads that are eager to learn more and book services for their wedding. We take many steps to qualify these couples, but there is no better person to pre-qualified a client than a trusted wedding professional. This is one of the reasons we provide promotional codes for each of our vendors to provide free tickets to their clients or potential clients. The other reason is reciprocation with your client or potential client. Everyone likes getting something for free, but providing free tickets to everyone can draw a crowd just looking for something for free. We believe this method offers the best of both.  If you're reserved at the show and are uncertain of your promo code please contact us. 

Door Prizes

Vendors, seeking a strategic edge to boost your sales and engagement should consider the power of door prizes. These enticing incentives act as magnets, drawing interested attendees to your booth. We make every effort to honor the requested booth location at booking, but sometimes spreading out vendor specialities must take priority. The floorplan in this link is updated as our information changes and should not be considered finalized till the day of the show. 

Resale Area

We offer vendors who rented a booth the opportunity to take advantage of the Resale area at no additional cost. If you have items that you no longer use or need, consider adding those items to the Resale area.

Set-Up,Teardown, and Booth Information

Set-Up Time(s):  
Friday Jan 10th 8:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday Jan 11th (Morning of the show) – 8:00am to 12:45am

Must be set up by 12:45am on the day of the show – opens at 1pm

Move in instructions:  There are two loading options for the Dayton Arcade, both are in the rear of the venue 

Both of these paths are only one car length wide so please move your vehicle after unloading it. Use the link below to schedule your load in time and location.

Show Times:  1:00pm to 5:00pm

Tear Down: Tear down will not begin before until 5:00pm on the last day of the expo. If you have to tear down early for a specific reason it must be approved in advance by Buckeye Wedding Expo management.  

Booth Rental and Add-ons

Payment:  Payment in full is due 14 days before the event. If you do not have your booth paid in full, please contact us to have a current invoice sent along with online payment options. You can also make a payment at any time at the bottom of this exhibitor’s website under the vendor services area.

Attendees Database:  You will receive a complete database with name and email addresses of all attendees that attended the show and who agreed to receive vendor correspondence. Payment in full is required to receive this database. 

Electric Cost:  $59.00
Electric is offered as an add on to booth rental. If you need Electric for your booth make sure it is listed on your invoice / agreement. Electric is distributed before vendor move-in, contact us if you need to add electric or have any questions about power usage.

Table Cost: 6 Foot $30.00 / 8 Foot $40.00  
Tables are offered as an add on to booth rental.  You are welcome to bring your own tables with you, but if you need a table(s) make sure it is listed on your invoice / agreement. Tables are set up before vendor move-in, contact us if you need a table. 

Wifi Internet Access Cost: $29.99
Internet Access is offered as an add on to booth rental. Buckeye Wedding Expo pays the venue for each device accessing the internet through their paid private network connections. A free / open internet option may be available but internet access is not guaranteed without adding this option.  

Vendor Mixer and Networking Party
Satuday Jan 11th 5:00pm to 8:00pm

We all work hard and make lifelong bonds with vendors we regularly work with at weddings. What about all of the event professionals we don't get a chance to connect with at events, but are an integral part of this juggernaut, we call the wedding industry?  The vendor mixer is extremely important aspect of the show. It fosters good relationships within our industry and ensures that we are all working on the same page to elevate events and the Dayton area. Our vendor mixer is very informal; an open bar, finger food, games, and no event professionals working or serving. This networking party is open to all event professional, not just ones at the show. Feel free to invite your crew, the more the merrier!

Vendor Talks & Quick Bits

You can seize this chance to showcase your expertise and elevate your presence by giving an educational Talk. Vendor Talks enable you to showcase your expertise to an audience of engaged listeners, demonstrating your in-depth knowledge in your field.
